Subject To Course

This course will provide an in-depth understanding of the subject to real estate investing strategy. You will learn how to purchase properties without taking on any additional debt or using any of your own money. We will cover the steps involved in a subject to transaction, including finding motivated sellers, negotiating the deal, and transferring ownership.

 

You will also learn how to assess the risk and potential return of a subject to investment, as well as how to manage and exit the deal. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and knowledge to confidently pursue subject to deals as part of your real estate investment strategy.
